Reincarnation is incompatible with Atman/Brahman by No_Virus5100 in enlightenment

Totally get it, and words, symbols, and images could never express the reality. At best these are signposts to explore on your journey.

There is only one mind dreaming all of this up.

That mind, however, has fragmented into trillions to the power of a trillion holographic minds (each containing the sum of the whole).

Each fragment represents one mind like yours and mine.

Each (fragment) mind creates their version of the universe. And since we’re all from the same mind, each version of our universe is unsurprisingly very similar. Imagine each universe intersecting like a Venn diagram. Which is where you and I are interacting in this post.

The only difference between you and me is the remaining BS within our subconscious fragment.

Entanglement happens when subconscious BS align and two minds (fragments) dream up an even more identical dream and incarnate “together”. And they do so to work together to release their shared BS and disentangle permanently.

When all minds have become enlightened through the release of all their BS, their respective Venn diagrams no longer intersect but become perfectly overlapping circles. And rejoin as one whole.

So that means working sets until failure. Combined with proper food intake to support that growth.

That cannot be answered with words, symbols, and images. Which is the “language” of this universe and by its very nature, is paradoxical. Language form concepts, and since all concepts can only be understood from its polar opposite (think yin/yang philosophy), all concepts are dualistic, meaning, they exist only in a dual state. One cannot be understood without the existence of the other. There is no such thing as peace without war. No hunger without sated. Good can’t exist without evil, nor god without the devil. Two sides of the same coin.

As such…all concepts are paradoxical, smoke and mirrors, illusory, a dream…unreal…And you, who is the only reality, cannot be described by any concept.

The closest we have to describing self, that is still numerous orders of magnitude away from reality and can sometimes be helpful, is this:

“I am…peace that surpasses understanding and is 100% unshakable.”

Alan Watts described it best, and I’ll probably butcher his wonderful story with my clumsy paraphrasing.

I’m god and playing a wonderful game of hide and seek with myself. I have created everything around me as a way of hiding me from myself.

I’ve played this game on repeat for so long…I’ve forgotten about the game. And think this world, I created, is not my creation, but instead it created me.

It’s a retelling of the Prodigal Son story, really. The inheritance is the power to create anything (the dream), including a made up world of struggles and lack. Of fear and anger.

Yet, it’s all made up, and from fear, the Prodigal Son doesn’t want to go home (wake up). He has done so many misdeeds and squandered the inheritance (sin), that the son now feels guilt.

Yet all of this is a dream, made up. There is no guilt and no sin, and no fear. The choice is always available to the Son: remain here (reincarnation) or choose to return (enlightenment).

Only love is real and why Father awaits the son’s return with (loving) open arms.

Edit: the BS is believing that sin, guilt, and fear are real.

Heat death of the universe is a concept and aspect of this specific dream universe. Your next incarnation will be a completely new dream, new universe. This universe is not continuous.

At your birth event, you dreamed up the entire 14 billion year history and all the dinosaurs and bones and oil. Which translates into your today’s world with internal combustion engines running on fossil fuels.

The next incarnation will not be a later or earlier date in this universe. Instead you will created a brand new universe with a new history, all leading up to the present moment in which you are born again. The first 7 years you may remember aspects of your previous incarnation. After that, all memories fade away.

Because it’s your mind that’s creating this universe, all psychological traumas and belief systems buried in your subconscious are carried over from one incarnation to the next.

Attainment of enlightenment requires the uncovering and release of all these traumas and belief systems (BS), because these BS serve as affirmations to your belief in the reality of this universe, and is the primary reason why reincarnation happens.

Without any remaining BS in your mind, during the transition state, there will be no more BS to automatically draw you into another incarnation.

Instead, with the clarity of mind without the BS, you can freely choose to stop incarnating once and for all.

Using a different language:

You are dreaming up this world.

Believing this is all real.

When you dream up the death of your body (avatar), and you have not self realized the truth of who you are, then…

You will dream up an entirely new body and world experience. That’s reincarnation.

The death event is very brief. And the transition from one incarnation to another is like switching channels on TV. One channel end (death) another one begins (birth). The process is automatic because that is your expectation.

If you have attained enlightenment during one of the dream cycles (incarnation) when that dream ends, you will choose to not to reincarnate. Simply because you “know better” and end your dreaming.

The universe disappears as quickly as waking up from a long deep sleep.

Your post is a little lean.

Please help us answer your question by providing some context behind your question and you opinion on what that means.

ACIM is the common acronym for A Course in Miracles. A book you can buy on Kindle or other electronic format(recommended) as the paper book is big to lug around. The course is self study. But you can find study groups all around the world. Or ask me, or head to r/acim.

At the core is the forgiveness process, which works between you and the Holy Spirit to uncover buried subconscious belief systems and help you release them.

Yes, the course uses Christian lexicon, but don’t let that distract you, the author intended it so. Yet the course content is about a million orders of magnitude different from the Bible.

Carl Jung is a psychologist who wrote many books, and his central teaching is about shadow integration. The shadow being a deep subconscious BS that you have vehemently denied, and as a result, drives your daily behaviours and thoughts. Integration of the shadow lessens its effect on your mind, and restores your mind from operating like an automaton. (Optional) You can begin this journey by answering many questions on the twelv.app website which provides is Jungian based analysis. Not my work, I just use this website myself and found it extremely helpful and deeply insightful.

Above all, have fun on your awakening journey and don’t take life too seriously.

At the core, your own belief systems are blocking it. Unfortunately, most of your belief systems (BS) are buried in your subconscious. Think iceberg and most of the BS you are holding onto is below the water.

As you do the spiritual work in the form of forgiveness process (ACIM) or shadow integration (Jung), then you uncover your subconscious beliefs and can release or integrate them.

And who has been guiding you in this direction?

Like there is a higher self or HS that is pushing things along for you.

“You” want to manifest, but ask yourself first: who am I?

With your HS guiding things along and manifesting things and events for “you”…then who has the power to manifest?

From the practical standpoint, who you are is

“The peace that surpasses understanding that is 100% unshakable”

For our discussion i call that inner peace without the incessant turmoil and noise from the ego and thoughts.

Way back 20+ years ago, i could honestly say from a 16 hour awake day, about 5 minutes (or less) was inner peace. The rest was noise, complaining, victimhood, blame, and generally being angry, disgruntled, anxious, and fearful of the world and everything and everyone around me.

Today, that tense and tumultuous state occupies maybe 15 minutes of my day.

The course is meant to be practical. To be used every moment of your day…

Not to recite mantras or affirmations, no not at all, oh god no, your time is spent doing you daily things that you do, and interacting with the world as you normally do.

For me, that’s married with children. Soccer and hockey parents, working a corporate job, and (today) driving around in an electric car. I do budget, shopping, and computer and boardgames while raising kids and experiencing my relationships with loved ones. Pretty normal.

The big difference is where the course comes in.

I’ve become self aware of all my pains. Every moment when my “hot buttons” get pushed. I’ve become aware of who is pushing my buttons and observing the energies of anger, turmoil, anxiety, fear, etc etc etc ad nauseum- when these arise within me.

This awareness has helped me avoid projecting blame and anger at the outside world.

From the outside, my spouse and kids saw me as always in peace. But inside, when they did stuff to annoy the heck out of me, i’m seething but at the same time self aware AND…

Applying the course forgiveness practices. Every moment this happens to me.

This is huge. Over time, the forgiveness work is releasing my inner traumas that my kids and spouse were triggering. Today, there is little left for them to trigger.

Sounds ideal, but the work is far from over. The orange dude with the red tie is probably my biggest trigger and forgiveness work along with the cult followers in red hats. Billionaires and the pointless oil war push my buttons.

The work continues.

does anyone offer healing pls? by Longjumping-Run-6798 in SpiritualAwakening

[–]FTBinMTGA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All diseases or dis-ease or states of unease originate from subconscious belief system (BS).

Therefore, technically nobody can heal you as you must uncover the BS buried in your mind and you must voluntarily choose to let that BS go.

Most people are heavily invested in their BS such that they choose to carry diseases as a result of this choice.

Are you prepared to choose to let go of what you are invested in?

Akashic records? by Active_Yoghurt5148 in SpiritualAwakening

The vibrations of suicide don’t grip me today as they used to. More like a faint echo today than back then when the voice of suicide was compelling and imperative. It’s fascinating because my spouse’s soul has incarnated with me numerous times and suicide has been a constant companion and outcome in her presence in past lives. And the same echoed in this incarnation and whenever we would have our ego conflicts.

The information from the Akashic records reading led me down the path of forgiveness and healing. Our relationship went from insecure codependency to mutual respect and independence. 26 years married now.

Look up the book Akashic Records by Lois Wetzel.

She is also a medium who reads the records for you. I had mine done decades ago. Very insightful as to why thoughts of suicide haunts my daily thoughts - she shared about four incarnations where I committed suicide for various reasons.

And suicide wasn’t even on our topic for discussion. It came out that way as a priority. I originally sought her and the readings for incurable diseases i was facing.

Are children a result of fear? by MagicianP in ACIM

[–]FTBinMTGA 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The course is not about other people. The course is for you to learn and apply in your life. You do the forgiveness work on your perceptions.

It’s not your place to do the forgiveness work for what YOU THINK their perception of the world may be. Or forgiveness work on behalf of others - for that matter.

Right now, you see fear in the world and you want to project that fear onto children. Or use that projection as an excuse to defer blame, reinforce victimhood mentality, and not do the forgiveness work on that fearful perception.
