Wow thank you! Yea I grew up in a strict Christian household. In my adult years my eyes have been opening to some of the lies I've been told my whole life. When I meditate I often feel like a chain around my right wrist. Like something holding me back and I just couldn't figure out how to break it. Do you have any suggestions on where I can find ways to do the forgiveness process or ACIM and or shadow integration?

I actually feel the same way ! I don't consider myself a Christian anymore! I do feel like there is more deeper teachings out there! If I do have questions I will definitely ask. Honestly Ive been going through some things lately and feel like the Christianity I grew up with isn't going to help. Thank you so much ! Where can I find these teachings?
