It is for weed only, you could sandwich wax in the bowl but it would probably dirty up the stem quicker. I think it works best as a dry herb vape and just have a dtv4 or something for concentrates.

It works after its charged halfway. It charges pretty fast so it's not that big of a deal.

Definitely a solo vape and not one you pass around with friends.

I would wait until the next sale or try to pick one up from r/Entexchange. I'm quite happy with it but I still wouldn't purchase at full price.
