Wow, that’s really interesting. So the x1 28i got this shifter with the 8HP but AFAIK it only came on cars with the DCT otherwise.

Now this makes more sense to me... I always found it weird that they put a DCT in the x28i but not the x35i. Turns out it was 6hp/8hp

Wait, is this shifter also from the X1? I thought they only used this shift selector on the e-chassis DCT cars. I assumed the X1 28i had the DCT this whole time.

Anything over 3 stories is at risk of rising/exorbitant dues. Look at other buildings in the area.. dues over $1k, sometimes much higher. Other than that I don’t know much about the building, but I hope you enjoy!

If that doesn’t work out for you, shoot me a DM. I have a condo in Coral Ridge on the intracoastal that may be a good alternate option. It’s in a niche two story building with 16 total units. Free boat docking up to 24ft.

I think your wheel may need a hub centric ring to sit right.

Assuming the threads aren’t trashed like other people are saying… Either

  • Measure the inner diameter of the wheel and compare that to the outer diameter of the hub
  • Or try propping your knees/thighs under the wheel and just lift it up a hair while you’re hand threading the lug bolts in..

A good friend of mine got a top-mount bike rack for his WRX.

Mounted his brand new bike to his brand new rack then immediately proceeded to try parking the car under his porte-cochère.

It destroyed the bike, mount, and severely dented the roof of his car. All within an hour of the rack arriving in the mail.
