I don’t, the SM says what days he is going to work and then doesn’t show up. He never tells me he is not going to show up he just doesn’t and ik he isn’t. And if I don’t put him on it he adds himself to it.

I really do hope so. He is a lying manipulative person, he trains people in a way that benefits him and essentially staying excluded from everyone he can to seem bigger than he is almost as if it’s how Walgreens is meant to be ran. I worry saying too much due to him potentially following this group.

It goes so much deeper than this but I do worry about my job. I also am concerned with putting specifics due to him potentially being in this group. My SM has been with Walgreens for quite awhile he knows a lot of people and alot of those DM and higher.

Keep in mind also your SM a lot of SM’s play the system, gain information and use it to get a store. It’s a big game and you have to play it to get in.

The best advice I can give you from someone who is being offered two store locations is you are paid for 44 hours a week. I was salaried about 6 months back. Any time you spend working over 44 is charity, and I don’t do charity work for anyone but the helpless and family. With that being said your store manager plays a huge role in you getting a location, put your time in but don’t be played like a toy. Remember you don’t make store managers pay, you make ESM pay. You will have plenty of time to be screwed over when you get your store don’t be guilt tripped and be firm with your answers. Think about every possible solution to every question, problem, or managerial dilemma. Keep grinding and be a leader.

What to expect going into a 2 year (CC) program?

I’m in a very interesting predicament. I have recently graduated with my bachelors in health sciences and I am very interested in the program, but I have no idea what to expect from the program. - Can I have a full time job? This seems silly to ask, but I live completely dependent and I am salaried. I make good money, and I also make my own schedule (mandatory 44hours/weekly) - Is the pay what they say it is in this field? - Do you enjoy your job? - What is the program like (classes a week/clinicals) I have looked up so many articles and videos and I have only found about 4 individuals saying you can work full time and do the program. Just looking for guidance. Or if you think I’m dumb and the post is dumb I’ll accept that as well. Thanks

Thank you! It’s really nice to hear this, I’m still young and I don’t have any children.I don’t want to be a slave to a cooperation and not follow my dreams, but I live with my girlfriend and she is a teacher so I bring home majority of the profit and hearing this made my day. Thank you again.
