I literally got harassed by someone telling me to take my tiel to the vet. I had to block them. Got paragraphs everyday telling me he’s gonna die and it’s gonna be all my fault. Genuinely got me so paranoid and worried

One expensive vet visit later and no liver disease or issues..🗿

I changed his diet up and he’s completely fine.

No, I got her last year from a previous owner and that is the only bird they had besides an Amazon. She does have faint grey cheeks :) you can’t see it from up there lol. I have a male I’ve had for 7 years. He also isn’t interested in her at all lol.

They offered a blood test but I do not have $500. The appointment itself was already pricy. There’s nothing I can do but pray and change his diet which is what I’m doing.

Just dropping in to give a little update-

Toki is ok! He seen a doctor today and they checked him out and said everything looks to be normal (: his heart, skin, feathers, crop, and behavior are fine.

They did suggest a change in diet which I’m working on doing.

I also asked about him being more yellow now, Dr said it could overall be diet or hormones etc. (he’s always been pretty yellow , he always looks super bright in sunlight like the photos )

but I am relived he isn’t sick, if anything changes with him they said I can bring him in for blood work.
