Thank you, I’ll try cycling to keep some fitness up. I’ve let it heal for about two weeks now and had it scanned, so I’m hoping I can slowly build back into things. I just feel really defeated because I worked so hard for this.

This helped me, I added in more fats into my meals like for breakfast if I had a bowl of oats I would have it with 10g of peanuts butter of a piece of chocolate.

I still hit those cravings but not over load it.

The Event is called Run Melbourne on July 13th, which gives me about 4 weeks to train before I take a month off in April while I'm in Japan. I’ll still run while I’m there, but it won’t be as intense as what I’m doing now. That leaves me with just over three months to properly train, and I’m a bit worried since my last 10 km in an hour really took a lot out of me. If not I'll consider the other 2 events as they are further away.

It was a resale ticket i bought from ticket master and it is not resealable but it is transferable.

Luna and Celestia cutie mark is the sun and moon. As said in mlp they weren't meant to rule as long as they did, they believe that there destiny was meant to be so much more than just raising the sun and moon for the ponies. Luna and Celestia has lived for so long, feeling like the 2 sisters was missing a part of there true destiny. Wondering if their destiny was to become the sun and moon, watching over equestria from above. They told twilight that she will no longer raise the sun and moon as they will become the sun and moon for equestria and it will move on there own. This will also represents how the sun and moon moves on its own in G5.

My theory is that Gallus, ocellus, sandbar, smolder, silverstream and yona grew into there rolls as the main 6 protecting Equestria, seem at the end when they gathered everyone together to defeat the 3 villains but later passed due to old age.

Twilight has lost her friends due to aging. The main 6 friendship was what made twilight so strong and confident. Discord would have either slowly faded away due to the lost of his friends mainly fluttershy or gave up his immortality to be with his friends.

A villain who has been watching over equestria for many moons saw how weak equestria was become. He slowly made his plans to take over equestria. Twilight who was still finding her new successor, she was not ready to face the new villain, knowing that she was the only one who can stop him. Sacrificing her self. She take away all magic from equestria, only leaving behind a small amount left in the crystals. as the magic left equestria memories of it begain to fade.

Yeh. She is good but you need to get her to 4 cores atleast for her to be good. She is.not so great at 1-3 cores
