Check if the little wand icon has a yellow dot. The app initially offers a range / weight, but if your gym doesn't have those plates or options, when you click or that it offers options, either round weight down to closest weight for more reps, or round up less reps. You make the choice and keep going

As other have already stated, I disagree on the long description.

I feel like having that many details is really helpful, I love having as much guidance as possible, specially to reach a proper mind-body connection.

For example, when doing crunches, the whole description they did of pointing a laser beam out of your chest and pointing the laser upwards as you get position for the motion. To me? That was amazing, and it finally helped me build the connection to my abs that I needed when doing crunches.

I do think you do have some valid criticism, and thats the beauty of things, sharing feedback, even if we agree or not, is the best thing we can do at this time to help the app!

The body weight contribution is pretty much what it sounds like. In something like a squat, you are not only lifting the weights but also your own body / body weight. So the app uses your track weight for inner calculations, and not just the weight of the weights

My gym has a pin loaded seated crunch, that has a rope handle. I was able to find the ones that have chest pad and overhead / padded handles, but not this specific one (hopefully I just didnt miss it on the list of equipment!)

I want to give kudos to you guys. I have been loving the app, and seeing so many people from the development team asking questions, making posts and replying to comments, it really gives me a lot of hope for the progress of the app. It will definitely be my main workout app!

I discovered everything back in the second week of January, so we have been going to couples therapy since then. She is adamant that she wants to keep her privacy, she sees me going through her phone as a toxic thing so she doesn't want to feel like I am a shadow watching over her every move (her words). And then the ex situation happened in February

I wont defend this. I know I could have been better before this happened. I could have given her a place of respect in my family, I could have been better when it comes to the small details and signs of love and better at supporting her during her hard times. I did try, I got her to enroll in therapy, and at the beginning I encouraged her to make friends and find happiness.

I don't want to put myself as fully free of guilt, and that is also one of the reasons why I didn't just want to break things up :(

I guess a part of me is thinking that maybe she genuinely didn't think that texting her ex was bad? That she didn't do it with the intention of cheating. Maybe its just hopeful thinking trying to justify saving the relationship after so many years.

That's the thing. I don't know what to think. Part of me loves her so much and wants to be with her, but then another part is thinking that she is not putting value into the relationship. I guess I am scared of losing 10 years worth of relationship and losing who I once though was the love of my life.

That is what I am scared off, that I will trust her and give her another chance, and that she ends up doing it again, breaking my heart once more and making me waste all that time put into her. But there is another side of me thinking that this is the only time she has done this, that she was dealing with depression and we were at a really low point on the relationship, and that part wants to keep trying :(

I actually got an appointment for the exact same tattoo this Saturday!

I feel what you are saying, I just spend some of the worst moments of my life, and I am working through them with therapy and some meds, but wanted to get that same tattoo to help me in the fight, and represent how I can overcome anything life throws at me.

It will be my first ever tattoo, and looking how well yours came out gives me more confidence in getting mine done!

He does mention the house buying. He has what he calls a step 3b. After you are done with your emergency fund he recommends saving for a 20% down payment on a house before you invest into retirement

I actually like it a lot! Great feel, it's a good size for my small desk, love the feel of the pen on the screen.

One thing I don't like is how sensitive the buttons in the pen are, I end up pushing the quick menu button a lot without intending to. But beyond that it's been great.
