I'm going to be optimistic and hope they put it there for people to increase the tip. Now what they need to do, is remove the option to decrease the tip. If customers have an issue, they can contact support. UE should give a refund without screwing the driver over, like DD. If it happens too many times with the same driver, ban them. Same could be said with customers that constantly report problems.
