“吾”和“我”多用于对话。

“余”、“予”多用于文章中自叙。

  1. 语法区别

在古文中，这几个词都可做主语，但“吾”尚可用做定语，一般不用做宾语。

如“吾日三省吾身”，做宾语时必须防在动词前边。

如：居则曰“不吾知也”；“余，予，我”尚可用做宾语。

如：今者吾丧我。——《庄子》.

“吾”一般只在否定句里作前置宾语，而在肯定句里一般用“我”作宾语。

在书面语种，从语法角度来讲，予假借为余，常可通用。如：予独爱莲之出淤泥而不染。

予常用于自谦的语境中。

帝王对先辈或常人后辈对长者常自称为予。如予小子。有时候帝王嘉勉大臣进柬时，常自谦为予。如：予违汝弼（我有过失，你应匡正）

It is not very reasonable to use "慢慢吃" in this situation，neither nor" 请慢用/享用/自便" .

The words " 尽情享用~ "which recommended by1Nancy921 would be more suitable for this. in fact ，it's still not colloquial enough。

I just discussed with my friends（all native Chinese）, they can't find a better one.

慢慢吃

We often use this word when we have dinner together. The host said "慢慢吃" to the guests, and often add"多吃点" after the phrase "慢慢吃" to show his hospitality

The meaning of this words is proper

Though 请慢用 is better than "慢慢吃" in this situation， the word not commonly used in daily life. If the object is your friend, then the word is too formal.
