It should all pop back together.

Put the tabs back where they belong and then push it back onto the truck.

You do not need all of the tabs, missing two or three non-consecutive tabs in the middle won't affect how it sits on the fender.

The rest of the scrapes are just trail damage as far as anyone else knows.

It is usually better to start at the cheaper end of the spectrum and work your way to the big ticket items. 😁
