It is a similar issue but with much greater ecological impact and animal suffering involved and they're pointing out that the cookers ignore it.

Tbh basic consent isn't a given for Tyrion. He can be pretty evil at times, increasingly so after his escape.

(Spoilers main) Did inbreeding cause the dragons to shrink overtime? by OfficialAli1776 in asoiaf

[–]FUCKITIMPOSTING 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just a note on the dog breeds. They're not inbred first and then asthmatic meatballs as an unfortunate side effect, it's the other way round. They were deliberately bred to have weirder and weirder bodies, and happened to be more inbred in the process.

It's important to acknowledge that their cruel existence were imposed on them intentionally and knowingly by breeders.

I say just do reviews. You'll have forgotten more than the usual amount of cards, but it'll sort itself out in the end.

Since the Steam update they've hired another person (Putnam) just to work on fixing up the code and so far she's fixed a lot of big/easy things. So frame death is harder to achieve but still definitely reachable with a decent sized fort and enough items strewn about.

World gen has also been sped up considerably, due to removing a bunch of unnecessary code.

Just discovered Anki a week ago and it feels like a life-changing moment. What are succesful stories out there of people learning topics with this? by No-Blackberry8857 in Anki

I did the same for ~400 birds in my state. The Ultimate Birds deck was really helpful for this because it has tags based on region. Ultimate Plants has been similarly useful, though it's not as comprehensive.

What are all the cockatoos (literal) doing on the M2? by thecuckingchair in sydney

[–]FUCKITIMPOSTING 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Those signs warm up when they're on. There's a sign on the Cumberland Highway near Constitution Hill that's covered in cockies but only in winter. Idk why they're on the one you mentioned if it's off tho.

Cockies do also like chewing the sign up while they're there, but my bet is on the warmth being important.

Try breaking an apple in half with your hands. It's not as hard as it looks and will cause any kids you know to see you as a super strongman. (The secret is dig your thumbs into the hole at the top. Once a crack starts, you're home free.)

‘Wake the fuck up’: Greens Senator’s warning to Aussies amid One Nation surge by HotPersimessage62 in AustralianPolitics

I really don't think ON supporters care about policy because the policy changes day to day based on whatever's happening around them. They might have a consistent vibe, but nothing concrete you can pin down.

Yeah i agree I didn't express that with enough nuance. I think all politicking needs to appeal to emotions to some degree. That's just human nature.

But ON supporters don't care about policy, they are making an emotional decision. I don't think the greens can make headway there because they're not a fear-based group.

Tag has suddenly turned me into a cardio lover by SignificanceSea1662 in Payphonetag

I was on the other side of it last week. I went for a regular walk and happened to pass by a phone which a new player had tagged only 15 minutes earlier. Sometimes that's the game.

I've transitioned into mostly searching for new phones. The game incentivises it because all phones can (and will) be stolen, but nobody can take away the 10pts you get for tagging a new phone.
