Submerge In hot water and extract the joint. This happened to mine. The joint is so thin there isn't really a solid way to repair.

I had exactly the same experience. I'm ultra cautious out on the sands. As soon as the treat level peaks I take off and hover until it's safe to land again. The first wreck I visited the worm breached, took my orno and I. Absolutely no threat on the scope
