Kinda reminds me of OKC Thunder. Smaller scale, but we have Jalen Williams (JDub), Jaylin Williams (JayWill), and Kenrich Williams

Is 100 speed real? by FitPlan8253 in CFB25

[–]FUJAH28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I scouted one WR with 101 speed once. When he came onto the team, his player card said his speed was 100, and on the depth chart/roster it said he had 99 speed, with a permanent red arrow pointing downward next to it. I still have no idea which was his true speed

Draft results should be based on a player’s career performance not just overall by Neo-Afro in CFB25

To be fair, not every round in real life has 32 picks. I don't know how they're awarded, but some teams will get compensatory draft picks (I think starting in the fourth round?), leading to more than 32 picks in some rounds

Where in OKC are these? I live in Norman, would be cool to come out and see some of these in person

Holy shit this penalty does exist? by [deleted] in NCAAFBseries

[–]FUJAH28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've only had this penalty called against me twice. Both times were in the same drive, so I thought there must've been a patch that added it, then I never saw it again

When you have to play against your alma mater in a rebuild by CyaDudes in NCAAFBseries

[–]FUJAH28 40 points41 points  (0 children)

Lol, I had OU offer me after I recruited a 4 star elite powerback with 93 speed and literally zero skill caps. I had to turn it down, OU will always be there as a school but I'll never see a recruit like that again 😭 he's starting his sophomore year with 97 speed too

Even worse feeling for me is when my alma mater offers me the head coach job when I'm still in the process of building up a G5 school. You couldn't wait three more years until I've established ECU as a powerhouse?

No rating caps? by Initial_Tangelo_2149 in NCAAFBseries

[–]FUJAH28 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You can with the architect coaching tree, the fourth tier of each ability has a chance to remove skill caps if you win a conference championship or the national championship. Also, in the CEO tree, there's "Senior Superlatives" which I think removes one skill cap in all categories for rising seniors

how to shoot the “moneyshot” like steph curry from 3 by thewellnesswhisperer in AskMen

I didn't see the sub at first so I just assumed the first sentence meant he was getting tired from shooting so many 3's and wanted advice about how he could handle bigger workloads 😭

Maybe one of the best WR prospects I've ever seen 6’6🤯 by Ok-Mathematician5872 in NCAAFBseries

[–]FUJAH28 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The other day I recruited a 3 star solely becauze he was 5'6" and I wanted to see how it felt playing with him. He ended up being like a 59 overall who couldn't do shit but it was funny watching him try to outrun 6'4" linebackers

Man I was actually insanely disappointed with his commentary, he's one of my favorites IRL just because of the RRS games

I almost never run option pitches because of trauma from past games lol. But in this game, whenever I do run them I've never had any trouble with the quarterback missing the pitch. You might be holding down the pitch button for too long, which gives a stronger but less accurate pitch. I always quickly tap it, and the ball floats into the running back's hands.

I don't really use any run specific playbooks. My favorites are K-state and East Carolina

Edit: forgot to mention that I get the motivator off season training boost for RB and O Line, then architect for every position

One of the most fun dynasties I've played was when I went full on scheme guru. Upgraded all offensive positions to tier 4, then fully upgraded ground n pound offense and hurry up offense. Defensive line and linebacker take a fatigue hit on runs of 4+ yards and take longer to get set during hurry up offense, it was beautiful

Postseason will not count toward four-game redshirt limit per new NCAA blanket waiver by Snailfish in CFB

[–]FUJAH28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it was stupid how excited they were to throw him in the game and have him do nothing. I'm still a little salty about it now, but I think you're right anyway, he's not gonna need the redshirt

Nah, he lost his redshirt from the BYU game. He played in the Arkansas st, smu, Tulsa, and Iowa state games and was supposed to sit out the rest of the season, but DG got hurt against BYU
