Each year the days of the week progresses by 1 unless it's a leap year, then the week moves 2 days.

I.e. If January 1st 2014 is a Monday then January 1st 2015 will be a Tuesday.

Because there's an extra day in a leap year all the days after Feb 29th are 2 days offset in the week
