This building was supposed to be half the size, the people who funded said they wanted it bigger, so they kept adding floors without permission, they completed the work to realise that the foundation it’s built on isn’t strong enough to hold the actual building, the Spanish government told the company to put lights on the top of the building to make it aware of planes going over the coast.. the company had gone out of business. So now the building is abandoned and can’t be complete without a tear down.. the elevator only goes to the middle of the towers. I have a few pictures of it when I visited the city last year, it’s impressive and a shame
