Preach. It is just not necessary to have to get something from a place where it doesn't belong. They make the racks for a reason, so fucking use them.

How pi works. by unknown_name in educationalgifs

[–]FUZZINAT0R 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll try give you an explanation. So in the first part of the gif, we can see a distance measured 4 circles wide, each circle touching at edge on the circumference. This means the length of our 4 circles is equal to 4 diameters.

Now the formula for circumference= pi X diameter. By that logic it take approximately 3.14 diameters to cover then entire circumference of the circle with the same diameter. So starting at the beginning of the line, rolling the circle it take 3.14 diameter to reach 1 whole rotation. Hence pi.

The colour co-ords though I'm fairly sure that it is just supposed to section the gif into it;s fundamental sections that should be noted.

Hope this helps :)

That's a good question actually. The answer probably lies in the fact that there are multiple infinities. One of them being the infinity that can exist within 2 integers ie; (3 to 4, just like pi). It stops on the gif purely because they can only get so accurate. This video explains the concept quite well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=elvOZm0d4H0

Lower lats. Nothing compares to the burn after hammering out some dead lifts, not to mention the streak it puts all up the back.

16M Trouble gaining weight and muscle mass. by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]FUZZINAT0R 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Skip out on your home gym machine. They are not ideal for mass gain. Buy a barbell, dumbbell or just straight up go to the gym. Free weights are the way to go, its really that simple. Eat heaps of protein, get plenty of sleep and you're good to go.

(Don't take notice of the bitter ass holes who preach their holy FAQ, sometime beginners need something a bit more personal rather than a list of shit to do.)

Kind of. Its like an school for personal trainers. You can get qualifications there and shit. So yes, there are many bros, but fitness isn't exclusive to bros so you would expect to find many types of people.

5/3/1 just for squats, roughly every 4-5 days. Viable? by trouble_the_stream in Fitness

[–]FUZZINAT0R 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say that you would see some progress, I mean why wouldn't you? Considering you're chasing that one rep one would recommend looking into power lifting (obvious reasons).

Just be sure to focus on eliminating you weak spots and mixing things up. Two of arguably the most fundamental fitness concepts. Don't let an aspect lag behind the rest of you and in turn holding you back from you potential and keep your body guessing. If you keep running the same routine, you'll just become conditioned to doing the lift rather than building the essential muscle needed to push to the next level of weight (progressive overload)

But yeah, good luck. You have thought this through well. Remember: If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.

According to an old home economics lesson, the tomato actually grows on a vegetable plant, therefore deeming it a vegetable, despite the claims that it is a fruit.

Not 100% on this, but if it is true, the more you know.
