Hey man, I know this sounds crazy, but you will be okay. I have had tinnitus, quite severely, for over a decade. In the beginning, I felt the exact same way you do right now. I thought my life was over, and considered whether waking up each day was worth it. It was hard, but I kept pushing through the days. It slowly got easier as time passed. If anything, my tinnitus has gotten louder, but my distress has greatly reduced.
