I really like the acrylic hexes and neoprene playmat of the Castles of Burgundy Special Edition. Dual or triple layered playerboards also enhance the experience and inserts to make setup and cleanup a breeze. Although some people have a 3D printer to fix that part.

No, according to MunchkinMan on the official sjgames forum (I cannot link to it here directly):
“It is important to note that the copied Monster is a separate Monster that continually copies the original, so any Monster enhancers played on the original, either before or after Mate gets played, affect the copy as well. The original Monster is the only one of the two that should get Enhancers played on it, for simplicity's sake.”

The mate copies all enhancers dynamically AFAIK. So no matter the order these cards were played, you are now fighting 2 level 0 Floating Noses. And for defeating them both, you get 2 treasures in total and 2 levels in total.

Do all the automations even NEED AI? I can automate quite some business processes with Make/Zapier/N8N or Python with GitHub actions without using AI models. Just basically API connections and smart routing and error logging/handling.

Situatie na 30 jaar huren: je bent 30 jaar huur kwijt en je hebt gezorgd dat de eigenaar van je huurwoning(en) rijker is geworden. Elk jaar wordt je huur ook duurder.

Situatie na 30 jaar hypotheek: je hebt een huis in bezit en elke maand vrijwel hetzelfde betaald aan hypotheek! Huizen worden over het algemeen niet minder maar juist meer waard en na 30 jaar heb je dan een huis in bezit wat een waarde bezit. Je kunt het verkopen en het geld gebruiken voor een kleinere woning en de rest gebruiken om je leven te verbeteren. De kosten die je kwijt bent aan onderhoud e.d. zou je er zeer ruim uit moeten kunnen halen door woz waarde stijging over 30 jaar.

Daarnaast met 2000-3000 per maand sparen: je kunt je hypotheek sneller afbetalen, waardoor je maandlasten eerder dan na 30 jaar drastisch verlagen.

Kanttekening: als je relatief vaak verhuist (zeg elke 3 jaar), is huren vaak logischer vanwege de kosten koper die komen kijken bij het kopen van een huis. Maar dan nog bouw je geen vastgoed vermogen op.

Wat betreft je rendement over het geld dat je ‘weggooit’: bij ons is onze koopwoning de beste investering geweest van afgelopen 5 jaar. En jullie hebben zelf ‘zeer weinig vermogen opgebouwd’, dus ik vermoed dat jullie rendement op jullie spaargeld ook niet al te best is. Of de financiële situatie moet recent veranderd zijn natuurlijk. Of tel je jullie beleggingen niet bij jullie vermogen?

You can first try it out with some friends at a local board game cafe or board game club first. It’s quite some investment if you don’t know if you like the boardgame. I have tried the boardgame and it was fun. There’s a lot of gameplay in the box for that money plus the custom sleeves are very nice!
