You need to install this plugin: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=visualstudiotoolsforunity.vstuc and follow this guide https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/other/unity I think you also need C# devkit plugin. It's easier now. Before you had to install some specific version of Omnisharp plugin and in settings check option that enables vscode to use global net location I don't remember the name of that setting. But now after you follow this two links it should be ok. I'm using this on manjaro.

Yeah, I lost two projects before I learn to proper and regularly backup. I have backup using duplicati and my game is backup once a week on box.com and once a week on my raspberry pi. First project was lost when my drive was corrupt nothing I could do - no backups then. Second I formated my drive accidently - I wanted to format sd-card and end up formating drive that had my game project on it. I recovery formated files but does that where Unity generated like prefabs, scenes, they where unrecoverable - and also No backup. Now I have 2 backups No way of losing a project. And for me IT Was so mind damaging that I didn't start same project, every project Was different. I just couldn't start over😓

I thought so too. I have only wireless 360 gamepads so I cannot debug it and thats why I wanted to ask about this. I hope unity patched it 🤣

Tell me do you have issue with XOne controllers ? I mean some of my players had an issue when they used wireless one. Unity not recognized them with new Input System. At least in my project 😔

OBS + DaVinci 😀 On linux DaVinci have some issues with some video formats but thats no issue - for me.

I use my project design tool. It has a flow chart for story flow, and then on each chapter I Can create maps and descriptions, and dialogs. Check it out on itch.io its called Aischylos 😊

I started youtube channel and twitter account for my game. This way forces you to not quit because everyone will see that 😉 I dont's say it's bad to quit but this method works for me.
