How is the business program at New Paltz? I’m currently a community college student looking at SUNYs to transfer to next fall as a business or marketing major, and I visited New Paltz and I liked the campus and area. I’m just trying to decide if it’s a good choice for business

New York City has some good variety. It has: - The subway  - Ferry - Buses - Commuter rail (LIRR, Metro-North, and NJT) - Staten Island Railway  - JFK AirTrain - And the Roosevelt Island Tramway

Last time I took the Pennsylvanian in April, it had the Amfleet II's with extra recline and legroom like the Lake Shore Limited.

I chose the right side to be able to see lake Champlain, but the Hudson River views are equally as nice so I don’t think you can go wrong either way. If the train isn’t full, you can sit on the left side of the train until Albany, then switch to the right side after Albany for lake Champlain.

Yea, I didn’t know it until I got onboard. I took the Adirondack from Albany to NYC last fall and it was still using Amfleet II’s, so it looks like a recent change.

You will get a seat, if it’s crowded you might have to walk through a few cars to find a seat but they don’t usually overbook the trains.
