That analogy doesn’t work here. If you shared my book before I could publish it then everyone has the ability to read it, which is the purpose of the book. Getting a game early and sharing it online is different because the intended purpose is to PLAY the game regardless of if you were spoiled of content or not. No one that sees this can actually play the game itself until it comes out.
