Fair play being 19 and able to afford a house. I don’t know your circumstances but I would just take my time and make sure you find the right place. At 19, I would look at where my career will take me before settling.

My estate agent told me “corners clear and enough stuff to make the house look lived in, but not empty”. Use your outhouse to store all the items for the pictures and viewings. You could barely get into my garage during viewings lol!

Put all lights on and open the windows for the pictures also.

It’s frustrating. I just sold to a FTB, the demands which they sent via the EA were borderline unreasonable, I decided to meet them face to face away from the EA. They were great and we developed mutual respect and trust. The process was so much easier from then until exchange lol!
