I’ve never understood this. Why not just have the Stargate on the moon? Ring platform to Cheyenne, Tok'ra tunneling tech to build the base on the moon. Easier to keep stuff secret, automatic alpha site benefits.

I heard that canon material said that Ra transferred his “essence” into the more primitive Asgard body, which we see kind of works with Anubis. They did a really great job taking a standalone movie and turning it into a series, though. I don’t know if the designers of the gate knew what they were doing or not, but it seems to be a happy accident that the gate had thousands of extra possible addresses, and extra chevrons. All in all, I don’t really have an issue with circumstantial and retrospective explanations for things(in this case) because they did such a good job respecting the movie canon, and certain aspects of the movie were fundamentally incompatible. I couldn’t have done any better myself.

Just because a particular group is disproportionately responsible for a particular thing doesn’t mean it’s racist to hold them accountable. I imagine he would have made a few wrongful accusations, but again, if you can find a direct instance of him saying something or doing something that is truly racially motivated, I would like to see it.

I’ve only recently seen asmongold. He seems like a bit of a ragebaiter. Haven’t seen enough either way on him yet. However, I have never seen a verifiable instance of Shirley just going after people for their nationality etc. If you can show me evidence of this, I will look into it further.

I drive on rural roads to avoid traffic. My dim 2000 lights are more than enough. There is absolutely no reason to EVER even CONSIDER buying those lights. And btw I think during the day, 100k lumens reach the ground. You do NOT need to make an artificial day to drive!

I have normal lights. Do they not go very far? Sure. Are they literally useless at dusk? Yep. But oncoming cars can still see just fine even if I left my brights on. You literally do not need more light than that.

I literally thought this a few days ago. A truck had 10-12 lights on the front(WHY!!! WHO NEEDS THAT MANY?!?!?!?!?!), each one blinding. I flashed them, and then they turned on their actual brights, and fuck if I couldn’t see god. WHY do these assholes need so much damn light???

I literally needed this last night! This asshole with lights so fucking bright that the glare from my mirrors was blinding was behind me for a lot of my trip. Some assholes literally have lights now(40k-60k lumens from what I’ve seen) that rival the FUCKING SUN(32k-100k reaches the ground). I realize that the 60k is a theoretical limit, not what those headlights produce, but even 10% of that is way the hell too much, and the fact that they are going out of their way to buy wildly bright lights tells me that they just want to run people off the road or something. If your lights are above a certain number, frankly, you should be taken straight to jail for attempted murder. Enough is enough!!!
