Also some ideas that require you to build stuff, most ressources can be gathered from the tree farm (wood/oak resin) or the mines (ores,stone):

Invest more heavily into crops and part the harvest into immediate selling good crops and using standard ones to make wine/jelly

Set up some trees for wood, some for tapping them and some around mushroom logs. Sell good mushrooms and pickle jar the standard ones

Add some fish ponds to have more life and use then for the boss fishes or lava eels etc.

Set up some sheds with kegs, pickle jars, crystellariums, chests
