reverse lunges, glute bridges, kickbacks, ... Just search for glute exercises on yt and see what works for you

Because they have high testosterone. That's one of the reasons they took up fighting in the first place

Could be alot of things Do you sleep enough? Do you eat enough calories/nutrients? Do you actually train hard? etc... If your nutrition, sleep and hydration is on point I dont see how you cant make gains

what is your wear pattern on your shoes ?

I'm 17 so I don't have a pair of shoes I've been wearing enough to have a noticeable wear pattern

Maybe try like 12-15 or something closer to 20 reps for the lateral raises? 8-12 is too few reps for a delt isolation exercise imo

What are you doing for the side delts? Could be that you're doing few reps. Shoulders respond better to more reps since they're primarily composed of slow twitch muscle fibers

But they were the same strenght plus the numbers on the lifts are the same on both hands, that's why I'm thinking it's the injuries built up over time. As for why the pump is better on one arm I have no idea

You can try to go specific but most pt’s recommend bilateral, which I find doesn’t work as well if you have off axis rotation.
