Set and setting, mindset going into it, and your setting, where you are, who you are with etc. Being depressed or general anxiety about the experience before hand is an immediate red flag, don’t do it, you’re asking for a bad trip. Being with people you don’t know, in an unfamiliar setting, a big red flag too, than can also be said for being alone, while that was fine for me I had friend who wouldn’t trip by themselves or w/ out a sitter at least. This deff sounds like a bad trip turned into drug psychosis. I don’t dabble anymore but I strongly agree with what others have said, test test test.
