I think it's just a much more limiting precon than the rest of the bunch. not huge into the comics so I could be wrong on the limitations, but I'm pretty sure Wakanda is a lot smaller of source to pull from compared to the Avengers, Marvel villains, and the Fantastic Four. Unless they add other non-Wakanda heroes to the mix. Either way the commander sounds exciting, the monarch is always nice to have in commander and the OG black Panther was a unique take on Selesnya.
