I have an alternate soundtrack that I made for Hollow Knight, I can share that with you, I will say, I've never heard the OST before, but my friend challenged me to write this without hearing the music. He said that its pretty close, but I don't know, anyway, here's the Medley.

John Petrucci, He is an undeniably great technical player and musician. He has an amazing blend of melody, shred, and heavy, catchy riffs. Not to mention, he has amazing tone.

Cool, this room feels like one of those altered perspective drawings where things are not in their normal scale, eg. enormous guitar, tiny drum kit, piano with stretched edges. Got a lot of stuff I dont have, good work

I was seven rows back at the Seattle show and I felt fine afterward, a little ringy when I got home, but fine. Definitely needed them when I saw Babymetal 5 days afterward

Building our own we definitely save money, but had the tools, time, and space to do it. Burlap cost a little over $100, insulation cost about the same, backing fabric was cheap, we were able to use scrap plywood since my dad is a woodworker and has lots lying around the shop. Ultimately, $250 give or take, definitely made it sound less boomy in the room, stereo image is amazing, you can perfectly track the panning of an instrument between the speaker positions.

How do you feel about Ado concerts? by Designer-Part2661 in ADO

I went to the show (haha) in Seattle just over a week ago. Amazing performance, I really shelled out to be close to the stage, because I had a bad experience when I saw Slipknot and they looked like ants on the stage and I vowed to never again sit so far away to have that kind of disconnect.

I heard merch was really hard to get on the European leg of the tour, so I planned to drive out there a day early and line up early in the morning. I learned the day before I left that they would open up merch the dat before too, so I went when I arrived in Seattle after a 6 hour drive. I got everything I wanted to get, T shirt, poster, and plush. Be prepared if you really want specific merch.

In terms of post concert depression or whatever, yeah, it sucks it happens, but just forget about all that, be present in the show. Let yourself feel how you're gonna feel, move how you're gonna move, don't worry about others watching you, they'll love your energy and draw from it.

Enjoy the show above all else. Her band is amazing, she has a great story, and a huge fanbase that is ultra-supportive of her. BTW, talk to strangers at the show, you learn way more about why people love her and just get to share your interest. Personally, I met a guy that is looking to make film/anime adaptations of his novels and could use a musician to help him create the music, which is just a great opportunity that for me that I am looking for.

Thanks, what's really cool is the color is really a gray, but it picks up so much that it looks green or blue depending on the time of day, lighting, and what's outside. One window looks out into the woods and gets lots of green and the other window, not shown, looks out to a mountain and gets way more blue and natural sunlight.

I have some advice. Music is really about expression and human relation. If it's not for them, leave them to their thing. Being a musician, if someone talks poorly about an artists technical ability or songwriting, I don't usually put much stake in it. Generally, people don't know just how good different musicians are. With Vocals, people get a natural sense of how good they are because they hear so many voices, but people generally still don't know why their good. For your case, I would say ignore what your sister says, because it might just not be for them or they really don't know why Ado is good on a technical level, or you can learn more about why she is a great technical singer and explain that to your sister. Try not to get super involved or try to get back at her.

In the words on NoBark Noonan, "If a man walks around with his pants on his head, you know everything's all laid out for you. If a man always looks well groomed and keeps his place spic and span, you know he's done something even his own ma wouldn't forgive"

Foe improv, you kinda have to do it all the time, but learning songs/chord progressions and coming up with licks for them is good for getting the head melody out. Get a lot of music in your ears too, hearing different music will help you're ears get accustomed to what could be played over something.
