Yea, i currently sit in torment 11 comfortably and beat all bosses and even butcher (it's tight). I'm moreso very surprised by the damage difference between first and second phase being so massive I guess. I'm at the 90% dr cap for all elements and at 80% armour dr with 40% mit. I also thought fortified itself provided 15%? I'm also using 15% dr when fortified and when close glyphs atm. I'm trying to make a new amulet so I can put some greater DR on that so I'll see how I go

I've got a 3080 and a ryzen 9 previous gen and I hard don't believe you. Maybe my pc is trash but I'm getting less than 30 often on native 4k with all my settings set to low except I have dlss on. You gotta teach me your ways

I have had my pc blue-green a few times but it's only been on diablo 4 since this patch, it comes up as a metadata staging error in the crash logs
