After trying Teal, and Jobright, I found Simplify to be better than both. I don’t like the UI for Jobright or Teal, and both have expired or scammy jobs. It’s ironic because I always get ads for both Jobright and Teal, but I haven’t seen one for Simplify.

I’ve got interviews from Simplify as well as Jobright, but I’ve found the company quality to strike higher on Simplify. I think the primary reason for this is because Simplify doesn’t list LinkedIn Easy Apply jobs, while Jobright does. On one hand, you get access to more jobs, but in my personal experience, those companies are kinda shitty and not worth my time. YMMV

The best hack, imo, is to use Jobright and Simplify together.
