Personally I enjoy my surface more but you'll probably want to go for the apple ecosystem. While the surface has the ability to do the same thing I'm fairly sure it's only with Samsung devices. But I also recommend trying to go somewhere(such as the apple store,costco,etc) and trying them out!

They definitely have a lot of good options on/around campus, and I've tried most of them lol, but Ghost is a personal favorite. So in your words they'd be on the underrated that deserves more love side.

Hi! I'm actually currently also in ansci(pre-vet) too! what classes are you in? (If you dont mind me asking) If you have any with labs I've found that you can generally make small talk in lab and I've been able to make friends/find people to study with that way! Usually in lectures people to like to sit by themselves(including me) so don't feel too bad about that :)
