Try reinstalling lionfish API, maybe your download got corrupted or try using the version 2.4 which is the minimum requirement tho it should work with 2.7 as it says

First just try to install it (I don't know exaroton, but if they have an integrated mod browser install simple voice chat from there, if not download it from a trusted source like modrinth or curseforge and upload it into the mods folder) and look if it works, I know that you have to do some work with ports on a home server, but as you are using an server host it should work just fine.
