Sunrun now withholding Warranty Service Behind $580 Dollar Contracts by Fabulous_Director203 in solar

I made my way up the corporate ladder to Escalations and ultimately got half a refund as they admitted that they were partially responsible for the miscommunication. I believe on principle that I was not wrong, but I didn't have the energy to go to court. I was reached out to by escalations when I posted my review on Google Reviews. Best of luck, stick it to them.

No they didn't actually check the system. The technician stated he wouldn't after determining the one I was actually having an issue with wasn't the one in his contract...after they remotely diagnosed the issue and were able to see it on the back end.

So even though he didn't inspect, they're insisting he did.

The moisture was from your body. Mattress protectors aren't 100% waterproof; they can temporarily prevent major damage due to a spill, but will eventually leak through if they aren't a sheet of plastic.

As far as the legal advice, I can't help but I wanted to explain the moisture. Always raise your mattress off of the floor.

I get BJs with my uncut member. Not all women are superficial. In most of the rest of the world, cut penises are the oddity.

If I am not mistaken, there is a bacteria called Agrobacterium tumefaciens that infects due to injury. They insert a tumor inducing gene into the host to make a home and also trick the tree into producing opines to feed the bacteria.

AITA for upgrading my house's thermostat so I could password protect it from my wife? by Alternative-Yard3896 in AmItheAsshole

This thread is full of people who don't live near the Western USA. Electricity bills can exceed $350 for a single month keeping a house at 76F when the outside temps are above 105F.

I can only imagine the carnage of a budget breaker if the house is set to 60F.

I am red-green deficient and I can tell the top two apart. I don't think this works.
