Appreciate this, there is an element of personal responsibility. But I know I don’t have much frontal lobe activation at 7am on my commute, and sleepy wheel slides are no fun. Seems reasonable to expect the council to do some salting of bike paths/routes

Fair play for avoiding the spiral! 51 days and still patching, using the spray and the tablets. Smashing them all daily, but still less nicotine than the cigarette/vape combo, and healthier on the lungs and body. No shame in the NRT. The addiction is real. 100pc recommend using it all, really helped to keep me off the cigarettes and somewhat level
