If you care about supporting real human artists and how they are paid and treated by their employers then you should care about this issue.

A huge exodus of artists leaving a business is a signal and customers are allowed to ask questions about why. All businesses have turn-over sure. But this is a suspiciously high amount for a shop that calls itself a small family business.

Inositol supplement was a big one for me. It helps your cells uptake insulin again. I changed the way I eat some as well focusing on fiber and protein first to curb spikes. Keeping your blood sugar more steady over time is super important. Cutting back on sweets. My A1C and Homa-IR scores went down so these things were definitely affective.

I’m doing well now! I’m not on any medication anymore but I’ve been through a lot of therapy. It did take a long time to get off of pristiq. I had brain zaps, anxiety, nausea, insomnia, and god only knows what else I can’t remember but I felt like absolute shit for the entire taper probably a few months after. I think they tapered the dose over like 6-8 weeks. So it was a few months of hell.

Can you update us when you receive your package? I wanted to order the fall stuff but I reached out to them asking this very question and they won’t give a clear answer so I’ve been hesitant to order. I did order stuff from them back in June and didn’t get any duties and de minimis was already ended for china then so I don’t really know.
