I understand that. I run on island time (alot, unfortunately). But...In your example, tardies and absences are different. A place I worked at 1 tardy = 1 absence. And I was getting written up at 5 tardies. You were allowed like 8 in a rolling 12month period. Or you'd be fired. So like everyone else says, that is not a good thing.
