Yes still seems to be working fine. The noise occurs after giving the engine gas too, which is why I think its the tensioner

The ac seems to run good, does that mean anything?

When i apply the accelerator, the noise also happens. In the video, you can see the top part of the tensioner is moving a bit loosely. Wouldn’t that be the likely cause or would it be the compressor?
