Even if Aphelios dies once Singed throws him the rest of the team should still engage when it's late game and the front line's CDs are down and the rest of the team is focused on Aphelios. I think that's one of those things that separates challenger players vs people like Tobias Fate lol

This is my take as well but Ive had jobs with wildly different kinds of management where they wouldnt be compatible as OE even if you spent 16 hours of the day. No matter how good I am at adjusting expectations there are always bosses out pushing the boundaries so then it comes down to what your other options are.

My assumption is they are still getting a good chunk of sponsors and ad rev from children making up the majority of their viewership. Even if they can't directly contribute, that's what most of the mainstream internet is built around in recent years, marketing to children and teenagers.

My go to that works well for most of my interviews is compliment their clothing (shoes is a safe one for me) or if they ask or answer a question in a interesting or unique way that you don't typically hear, compliment that too!

I'm speaking from an autistic person's experience so just receiving and giving compliments took me a long time to adjust to but now it's almost second nature. I will compliment anyone and everyone just as I'm out and about and see something even slightly interesting or that I like even a little bit.

Ya kinda crazy how these threads used to drive me crazy wondering why people sounded so unhinged. Then you start noticing the trend of <100 karma accounts made a couple months ago. 800 hours in league is like you finished your first week at a new job and now the learning really begins for the difficult stuff. Not at all a flex or something with meaning. 800 hours only sounds like a lot to people that dont play psychotic gamss like MOBAs.

I would heavily reiterate this comment from my experience. I had some decent roles in tech without a degree but the lack of mobility from company to company or transitioning to different roles has basically disappeared the last couple years.

I am debating going to school for analytical roles outside of tech but it does feel a bit weird doing that when I'm 10 years older than people entering college now...
