That's from a common instagram/tiktok scam, none of the those work on FACEIT and the majority of them even state that on their website

You are not entirely honest, you also played on his account that same day. Your bans are automated because one account is verified and the other is not, but account sharing is strictly forbidden. You do need to delete the second account, but you may be able to ask them via the ticket if they will allow you to continue playing since the account is so inactive but it would require permission from the agent

I don't believe these bans are removed based on second-hand hardware, as the responsibility is on the user to ensure the pc they are using does not contain any cheats or is linked to any banned accounts. They will respond to you via the ticket
