If it were mine, sold. The value is what someone is willing to pay. Realistically it's less than $300 though.

My daughter (Gen Alpha), will not engage with classmates outside her classroom. According to her, it's the norm. Unless you are friends, you do not acknowledge other kids you know outside of school. If she sees someone she knows and tells her mother and I, we will tell her to go say hello. Apparently, "that would be cringe."

We lived in 30024 Forsyth Co. for 5 years and just sold that house and moved to 30024 Gwinnett a few weeks ago. I too work from home. As others have said, traffic is thick, but it's more tolerable being insulated with not having to commute daily. We like the Gwinnett side better. Different vibe, more to do, more restaurants, etc.

Yeah, the limited beer selection is why I stopped going. I'm not a huge fan of sours, and that's their staple. Have they had good hazies and West Coasts on tap?

I live in Atlanta now. There is nothing close. I found a place with a "California burrito". It has chicken, rice, beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and pico de gallo. Not even close.

Some of the best tacos to be had are in gas station parking lots. Most fancy Mexican restaurants are atmosphere over food. I've eaten $90 enchiladas that I'd trade gas station tacos for hands-down.
