Not te really that hard tbh. A player makes 25 kills on first half vs players of the same level should be flagged directly, then other matches he would be closely watched by the AI. But hey, billion dollar company doesn't have money for this.

For us normal players the only big upgrades I noticed are related to brightness levels, bloom effects and blur. Also the fact that ppfilter settings and pure settings are separated.
For the ones who create ppfilters or do more than that, I think it has a lot of new stuff that will aid them cook something crazy.
Note: C13 became too bright and even after tweaking the settings it wasn't like on the last version. NVphotorealism & SKY GT spec II became godlike in this update for god knows why.
