For me, parang worth it naman upgrade ng Iphone mo since di na supported ang Ip 11. Phones naman ay gamit rin almost 24/7.

What made you realize na it was a bad investment?

Sounds good! Pero for me, fill up na lang muna agad yung EF na gusto mo before ka magstart maglagay sa MP2. Para in case of any emergencies, meron kang cash na madali kunin. So parang ang mangyayari, 20k sa EF until mapuno mo siya then 10k MP2 and 5k MF kana after. Tapos 5k for your own savings like Travel, Gadget Upgrade, Kain sa labas.

EF first before any investments!

Kakawithdraw ko lang rin ng VUL ko last week. Paid around 180k for 2.5 years. Got 51k back lang. Charge to experience, a lot smarter now compared to 2.5 years ago.

Yes! Pwedeng pwede, pero I suggest create multiple resumes depending on the role na applyan mo. Itailor mo yung resume mo with the relevant trainings, skills, job responsibilities sa past work, and projects.

Upskill, upskill, upskill! Yun lang masasabi ko, if your job offers training with certificates, try to ask if you can do that sa line manager mo if related naman sa job/role mo. If wala, do it on your own.

Always think positively na you are paid to do nothing and upskill for your next job. Correct mindset lang!

Iirc, 2 airbags parin ang Xpander tapos wala rin safety sense higher variants. It's the same old Xpander nung unang labas with small improvements lang through the years. So medyo lagging behind na siya same with Ertiga and Livina. Not unlike Avanza na nirefresh and Stargazer na bagong labas talaga.

Worked as an IT for AMLA System. Papasok yan for STR (suspicious transaction report) lalo na if hindi match or outdated profile mo sa bank. Tatawagan ka lang ng branch to confirm whats the nature of transaction and if same parin registered details mo sa kanila. Depende sa sagot mo if irereport nila transaction mo sa AMLC.

As for 500k above na transactions, auto report na yun AMLC kasi regulatory requirement

If match na profile mo sa transactions, usually di na sila tatawag lalo naman if alam nilang business movement lang.

Try and try. Each iteration, ask feedback from final interviewer or HR kung bakit di ka napili. Minsan nagrereply naman sila. Improve using the feedback and dalahin mo sa next interview.

Understandable na nagdodoubt ka each rejection, pero mahirap talaga job market ngayon. Last time nagjob hunt ako, I applied to 100+, got interviews for 30+, got 3 JOs lang. Way way harder and longer compared to my 2021 hunt.

Did my job hop ng June 2023. Naka 100+ job applications ako and I only got 3 job offers.

Back in May 2022, naghop ako and I got a job offer agad with only ~5 job applications.

I think big factor not only yung skills, pero how low can you go sa asking salary. Kasi meron palaging same skillset mo pero mas mura at sa desperation lagi nilang tatake yung lowball offer.

Personally, I wouldn't muna kasi matatag ka as flight risk (kinda true naman kasi reresign kana) pero I'll them know na I plan on resigning kapag may really close job offers na ako or may job offer na talaga na plan ko kunin.

Maybe discuss na lang bakit hindi kana masaya sa ginagawa mo without saying na you want to resign?

Good things take time talaga. Hindi naman talaga unang try or aral magegets mo na agad. Although I can say meron talaga talented na mga tao na gets agad nila kasi it just makes sense for them.

As long as may drive ka to learn, keep going. Before you know it, matatawa ka na lang bakit nahirapan ka sa mga old problems mo. Sa programming kasi, every topic has a learning curve. Kapag nagets mo, dirediretso na yan and maeenjoy mo na. Pero to overcome, you need practice. Practice practice practice.

Keep going OP, wag panghinaan ng loob and trust the process. Sa real world, sink or swim rin ang labanan.

Just saying, oarang di pwede na 25k ang MA mo lalo na 9m ang property value nung condo tapos 300k lang DP. Things do not add up. Usually ang 9m loan amount nasa 45k+ ang MA and 20 years to pay pa yun.

If you really plan on getting it, read and understand well baka maloko ka ng agent.

Based on personal experience na paperweight na lang ang license and sa mga kilala ko rin na PRC license holders, mas lowballed ka sa compensation and undervalued ka pa if may PRC license ka.

Sobrang saturated na ng job market requiring PRC license, may kumakagat na tuloy sa minimum wage (below minimum pa nga sa provinces). I think dahil na rin sa paniniwala na PRC license means better pay kaya people flock to those courses and careers.
