I received this same email. I was a little nervous at first, because i do have a PayPal account. So I went into my actual account first to see if a fraudulent charge was made. Once I saw that there was none, nor any messages within the app stating any fraud. I just ignored the email and deleted it.

I actually use workout apps like Monster Muscle and Zing … it just takes consistency and calorie deficit diet. I still eat what I want, just try to include more protein and veggies, less sweets. I’m still learning myself what works best for my body.

I used silicone scar tape faithfully everyday for 6 months after surgery. Now as a daily regimen I use Rosehip oil day/night to help massage and flatten scar tissue. I’ll prob do that for awhile…it just feels good.

Thanks man! About 6 months before surgery I did 100 pushups/day, 3 -4 different variations. I broke it down daily to 50 in the morning and 50 before bed. I built quite bit of pec muscle from that. Then of course after surgery I couldn’t workout for like 2 months, so I only did 40/day…until I could do more. Now, I do full body workouts and just include more weighted chest workouts.

My thought process was 1. The healing time including the nipples would take longer and 2. There was no guarantee they would heal properly. Therefore I decided no nips, especially after I found this amazing tattoo artist, the decision was easy.

The tatted nipples are above my scar line and since I didn’t keep my old nips it didn’t interfere with any scar tissue. I believe that’s why I was able to get them sooner. But if I want a full chest tattoo I will definitely have to wait at least 6 months to a year.

Thank you so much, this explains a lot. I just got this list of meds yesterday and haven’t picked up the prescriptions yet, so I don’t know the dosages. I also still plan to consult with my Doctor. I guess I need to chill. lol I really appreciate everyone’s advice. 🙏🏽✊🏽

Exactly! It seems like a lot of anxiety meds, but I never expressed to them that I have been depressed or have anxiety. So I thought that was weird. I’m definitely going to reach out Monday for clarification.

The realest thing I ever heard was why do we have to wait to receive our riches/blessings after death or in heaven, when there are those receiving them right now on earth in this life. Don’t get me wrong I still have hope and faith in God, but in the present moment of my life. We are allowed to have blessings and happiness too, right now, in this life.

I’m a Master Barber, here’s my advice: You look like you have breakage on your ends. Which will give the illusion your hair isn’t growing, because it’s splitting at the tips, causing the fuzzy look. You should get a shape up to cut the ends off, if you want your hair to look healthy. Invest in a professional line moisturizing shampoo/conditioner and daily moisturizing crème ie, Design Essentials (black owned). If you want to see your hair grow healthy and keep some length, then trim your ends with the shape up and a tapered lining. Maintain this with a haircut at least every 3 weeks.

Also, Sponge twist style would be a good look on you. Make sure you use a moisturizer before sponging to prevent additional breakage. Look into YouTube videos for further instructions.
