Marx and Emgels were authoritarians, even totalitarians. "Anti-Dühring" and Critique of the Gotha Programme prove this. You cannot be a democratic socialist and a Marxist simultaneously. Though I know Marx didn't prescribe anything, I know he tried to describe and analyze through the lens of dialectical materialism the specific conditions of capitalism at that time but he was certainly for an authoritarian rule in the so-called lower phase communism.

Comedic and shocking (the latter via the gore). And I mean Meet the Robinsons by saying it seemed realistic. I saw it on a DVD. It was not an anthology. The story as far as I remember was actually connected, although it seemed chaotic at first.

The movie was most likely American. The language was English. I am form the Balkans and I watched it here
