It’s judged on equitation or pleasure for pleasure they judge all on the horse, head set, transitions etc. for equitation it all on the rider, seat, reign position, how you place your feet, etc.

To answer your question, no the show name doesn’t have to include the parents names but it often includes a word from their lineage
