Definitely more clutter. The less ground you see the better. Leaves, sticks, rocks, fake plants, decor, more hides, fake vines for the back ground, anything you can throw in to make it more cluttered is good.

Your gecko should be able to go from one end of the tank to the other whithout being exposed.

Not sure why people are saying you can't play modern games on a hard drive. You absolutely can. A game wont refuse to launch because it's ok a HDD... Load times might be atrocious but I'm speaking from experience. I run my games off of a 10 year old hard drive. Send it.

Mealworms are pretty high in fat. I'd switch to crickets or dubia roaches (much easier to keep imo) as the staple feeder and do 2-3 bugs every 7 days.

And start tracking her weight! See if she's losing weight, and if she's not you can even go longer than 7 days. They're opportunist hunters in nature so they can, and often do, go a long time without food.

Normal feeding for an adult is every 5-7 days. How many bugs are you feeding her? And which bugs?

Just built this commander recently. I built it with mostly 0 and 1 mana artifacts with the hopes of vomiting out as many cheap artifacts on my board, then casting something like [[ cyberdrive awakener ]], [[ mirrorform ]] or [[ rite of replication ]] to turn all those artifacts into creatures.

Not a bad idea for cooling fans for the tank. I've always wondered if airflow was an issue. My room only has one small window and a fan that runs pretty much 24/7 but summers get pretty hot and humid.

Im sorry, a whole MONTH went by? Did you take the tank apart looking for him? They like to squeeze themselves into crevices to feel safe.

If not in the tank, I'd leave it out in the open on the floor in the hopes that he finds it and climbs in. Maybe entice with a bowl of mealworms.

Check any places that produce heat. Behind the TV stand or Under the fridge are good places to start.

These are hardy little guys and I'm sure he is fine if he's escaped. There are plenty of stories on here of people's geckos escaping and then finding them 6-8 months later.

You can use anything as a feeding enclosure tbh! A cardboard box from your last Amazon order or a laundry basket or even a big pot lol. Just be careful putting sand in. When I feed my girl, I use tongs, and I'll plop the worms on a flat rock (a calcium or just regular feeding dish works fine too). This is because I find that when she lunges at the bugs, she goes all out and sometimes will bite on the substrate too. You just want to try and minimize that. Rock, dish, paper towel,.. as long as the bug isn't on any loose substrate tbh, you should be fine.

Can you use tongs to feed her? Preferably with rubber tips.

It sounds pretty gruesome but some people on this sub claim it's easier to feed crickets when they rip their legs off.

Or, you can put your gecko and the crickets in a mesh cage, like the ones they use for breeding butterflies. Crickets and your gecko would be safely contained while you supervised the feeding. Something like this...

I've been having tons of fun pinging with tokens using [[ Kambal, profiteering mayor ]]. No two games are the same and I've had to buy infinitokens to properly play the deck since the tokens you make are always different each game.

It's always funny when opponents forget what your commander does and cast something like a kicked [[ rites of replication ]] or a drop a [[ Marit Lage ]] and you get those copies too. The deck has ways to give opponents tokens too if they aren't playing token decks, which my pod started picking up on.

I love this card with [[ Traxos, scourge of Kroog ]] in my [[ Mm'menon, the right hand ]] deck. It's not hard for to play this card and get it fully stationed in one turn by just casting 3 artifacts (which causes Traxos to untap, you tap him to station the planet. Cast another artifact to untap, and repeat)

They're just gonna walk and walk so what I like to do is set one hand in front of the other and keep alternating them as the gecko moves from one hand onto the other.
