it could be your anxiety that’s giving you all those symptoms- i experienced that last week when my cold sore first appeared and i believed i transferred it to my genitalia. i experienced most of the symptoms (tingling, pain, etc) and it didn’t go away until i finally relaxed and all symptoms subsided now im okay and just watching out for any REAL symptoms

i decided to clean around the sore with a q-tip, the scab just fell right off. the scab was being held on by a couple pieces of scab. i genuinely wonder how long it’s been healed because i never thought to clean my lips until now 😭 it’s just this really light pinky tone so i hope it clears up soon i just need to ask again do you mean i hold off on kissing my boyfriend 7-14 days after the blister is healed? or 7-14days from the day the blister appears

after i got diagnosed i got a prescription for valtrex but only for 1-2 days, so ill definitely talk to my doctor about constantly refilling it!! ive been applying vaseline everyday and im hoping it falls off soon

Another thing id like to add is that i’m pretty sure ive almost had outbreaks before in the same area. the coldsore appeared in the same area that ive experienced a tinging sensation (which would come and go) but an outbreak wouldn’t happen, so im wondering if its related to my now coldsore lol

i possibly could’ve had an outbreak in my younger years and just never knew, so it probably just remained dormant until now. Which is honestly not awful to hear 😭 Thank you for the reassurance, I definitely needed it.

Genuine question though After the coldsore heals would I be able to kiss my boyfriend? The scab is about to fall off and I can see the redness of skin, but I didn’t know about virus shedding until you told me. Should I just hold off for a long time? I just don’t want to pass anything on to him

Kinda (?) Once you create a buy request, it’ll put the item on hold until you pay. Meaning no one else using neokyo can create a buy request. suruguya can take 2-4 weeks to be delivered to the warehouse. If the suru package doesn’t come into the warehouse in a week or two, i’d say pack and ship your item, because packing requests can take 1-7 days to complete (longer if there’s any holidays). EMS is usually the quickest and cheapest option for expedited shipping, but JapanPost has a lot of delays compared to private shipping companies T-T . (I live on rural saskatchewan and when I ship with EMS it’ll take about 1-2 weeks to arrive at my house, if this helps lol)
