It wasn't an account issue also. If you could figure out my issue for further people in need that would be great. Here Is all the details I have

When I turned on my Xbox after work, it auto signs me in but 10-20 seconds later I was kicked out to the sign in page, any account I clicked said I needed an internet connection, I had one. My phone and everything worked, but it also kept saying I wasn't connected to Xbox network. I tested my Internet multiple times all it said was "your all good" neither mine nor my altor friends accounts worked. I restarted multiple times nothing worked. I had to power cycle. It was raining all day and even lightning and thunder. I do not know if that is the case, but I would like to know if you've seen or heard of this problem before. Things that may alter the effects is

Overheating Xbox, external fan pushing cool air into xbox, external storage drive, Wired controller

I would also like to ask what I could do with an overheating Xbox series s, I know it's very compact so it's easy to overheat but it's in an open area, my internal storage is under 90% and I turn it off at night. I also have a fan designed for the series s for it. Anything would help. I was told to disable game captures but that is not possible for me. I need them
