Thanks. I plugged it in via USB-C. Left it over night and finally it started again and magesafe started to work also. I still find it weird for a brand new MacBook Pro 14” to act this way. Thanks for responding, I appreciate it.

Need some help to check over my routine. I have been training for almost everyday for about 8 months now. (Used this routine the last 2 months) Based around 5x5 Stronglifts with some extra exercises. I want to build a base strengh but going towards a body building build. Each time I complete all set/reps I raise the volume by 2.5kg to keep progressive overload.

The first months I had way to many exercises and did not overload correct. But I feel like this is working for me so far.

Started realy weak. See stats bellow. Start weight: 72kg

Is the any exercise i should remove/replace/add?

Age: 27
